Installing: double-click the downloaded .pkg and follow the prompts. You'll be asked
for your Mac password once so it can install to Applications and start automatically. The app is
signed and notarized by Apple, so there's no security warning to click through. Look for the bus
icon in your menu bar, and grant Location access when asked so it can find nearby stops.
